Major issues with Kangoo
We bought 2 brand new kangoos 2019 from Beirut agent (Bassoul Hneine) and they advised us for a third party to isolate & install a refrigeration system.
At 10000 km the embrayer burned out and they change it for free cause it was still under guarantee. this issue should not happen before 100,000km.
the second car embrayer also failed then to total engine burned out.
We repaired the cars outside the agency with huge cost and informed their customer service that we are completely disappointed of their service the the cars performance. of course our disappointment is higher cause nobody called to follow on our complaint which showed their low level of professionalism and affecting Renault image.
