Service plan

They won't service my car coz apparently their system is not picking up my extended service plan which I made last year.

given a Wrong Product

I facilitated a deal of a car between my mom and Renault Meadow dale Edenvale Branch requested an automatic since she is old 55 years old perfect car for her to drive ,we picked it up Monday the 25/06/2018 and Tuesday I decided to drive it to work to get used to it since I was going to drive my mom to Eastern Cape following day ,I realised that when I am at a hill the car wants to be balance and on Wednesday I wrote to the sales Consultant who was assisting Denial Tladi and he referred the matter to a technical person via an email whom informed us that it has manual transmission. I drove there with a car and the sales manager said mom signed they will not help us ,we must only talk to Wes bank the bank who approved funding whom approved funding. I requested an automatic then I was tricked with being given an automatic with manual transmission and now they don't want to exchange it to the one I asked for .

Renault doesn't know how to treat clients. I have the car at work not being driven as I am waiting to be assisted.
