Dis-satisfactory Service

On the 10th of Jan 2018, I sent my car for a service at Lionel Motors in Rustenburg. Late in the afternoon I received a call from Sandra (the receptionist) saying that my car has been serviced and ready for collection. I then went to collect my car on the same date between 4:30pm and 5:00pm.
On my way back home, just about 20 minutes after collection my car, I encountered a problem whereby my car just stopped in the middle of the road. It then showed some warning signs on the dashboard (engine, battery, oil, hand brake). I opened the bonnet and checked the oil in the oil tank using the oil dip stick and found out that there was no oil in the tank. Then I called the dealer at 014 523 6000 but there was no answer.
Then I called the Renault Road Side Assistance on 0800 600 189 and explained to them what happened. Then they organised the tow company (JAIKS TOWING) to come and tow my vehicle back to the dealership. On the following day, the towing company confirmed that the vehicle has been delivered to the dealer. I then got a call from the dealer asking me to explain what happened on the vehicle and told them that I am already on the way to them as I was in the taxi.
Upon arrival I met Martienie (workshop manager) and explained what happened. It was then taken to the workshop for inspection and later they told me that it has an electrical fault whereby they don’t know the cause of it. They then insisted to take it to Brunos Auto Electrical in Rustenburg.
The report I got from the dealership that comes from Brunos Auto Electrical was that the computer box was damaged due to ECM.
I then requested them how long will it take them to get the car moving and they said they are not sure that it will be ready on the same day. Then I requested them to assist me with a courtesy car as my work and my family responsibilities require a lot of movement. They then said they can’t help me with a car. I left the dealership disappointed with no resolution to my problem that they caused.
Im very disappointed and inconvenienced by the dealer as I had to take a taxi under the taxi violence which was happening in Rustenburg and ended up walking long distance from town to my house. My health and safety was in jeopardy because of the dealership.
