A very unhappy client
I bought a brand new Renault Kiger from Renault Namibia. Just to see that the rear back fender was spray painted. So what is this, we get sold brand new bumped vehicles and pay for a full price. The culprit came out that bumped/scratched the vehicle.. after I was accused of paying half of the cost, now they want to pay for the complete repair of the vehicle. I did not purchase a car to be resprayed again, if the job was not done right the first time, why would they get it right the second time around? I am losing here. I have no respect and am disgusted with the response I get from Renault and their supplier that tinted the window of my vehicle. I will never in my life advise any good service on Reanult if you ask me.
I am unhappy and I feel my situation is being treated on who I am and my skin color. This is my complaint!
