Don't buy a Renault. Vehicles are being manufactured with hudge defective parts!
I bought a brand new Renault in Cape Town, just 12 month ago. When the vehicle was 1,500 kzs the, it started to light engine warning light. After being sent for repairing every month at Renault working shop because of the engine working light, which they were not able to fix, they decided they had to change the fly wheel just 1 month ago, that is on the 05th October 2017, last month. The car is now only 12,000 kms. However, at 12,000 kms after they changed the fly wheel, 15 days after, the gear box broke .
The car had to be towed to Renault work shop here in Cape Town 10 days ago.
The worst is that Renault Customer Service, Mr Bret Pyle, does not answer the phone, Renault Pardeen Island in Cape Town ( where the vehicle is being repaired, also do not answer the phone, ever!!! Although I already left 45 messages in 10 days!
I don't know if after 10 days having the vehicle there, if it has already been thrown to garbage, if Istill have a vehicle or not.
Renault does not comply with the Legal side of the putprchase, as well as warranty!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH LEGAL CONTRACT OF WARRANTY!
