I rented a car from HERTZ, MILAN MALPENSA APO, ITALY on 24th June 2016 and returned the car back on 8th July 2016 at the same location paying all the due and charges for the service. After a month I received a msg from the bank stating that 43 EU has been purchased from HERTZ ITALIA SPA, ROMA. It was not only one but 5 msg and charged 5 times. I accepted it assuming that fines might have been charged and kept silent but to my surprise, on 14th Dec I received the similar msg 7 times and 43 x 7EU was deducted from my card which is not acceptable. Tried calling HERTZ MILAN MALPENSA APO and they gave another number of the head office. I am very much upset with this and would not recommend any one to use HERTZ.
