LIVINGDEAL DOES NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY if you have gone beyond the 30 days. Even if you have a coupon that lasts a year or does not expire and it takes you more than 30 days to actually get a response from the company you bought a coupon for. LivingDeal certainly did NOT refund the money I spent on the coupon. The only thing they will do is give you LivingDeal credits but they DID NOT EVER refund my money as I was beyond the refund date (at least that's what the customer service person told me was their policy regardless of reason) - this policy applies even if the company will not honour the coupon, has gone out of business, etc. If they say they do refund your $$ if the business has gone under or is a scam then they were lying to me when they said they couldn't refund my $$. Ironically it took me more than 30 days of constant trying to actually contact someone at rent a maid and getting the rent a maid run around so there way no way I could have known that the company was a scam before the 30 days were up. So bottom line is LIVINGDEAL would not refund my money.
