DO NOT PURCHASE RENT-A-MAID services.
They do not respond to emails or phone calls or inquiries submitted on their own website. I bought a deal from LIVINGDEAL (don't purchase from them either - they don't care if customers don't recieve the services from their coupons and will NOT provide refunds) and have tried for MONTHS to contact rent-a-maid. In my experience, if you buy from RENT-A-MAID it is like throwing away money.

RENT-A-MAID does NOT honor its coupons or provide the services that you purchase from them. Find another cleaning company!

LIVINGDEAL DOES NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY if you have gone beyond the 30 days. Even if you have a coupon that lasts a year or does not expire and it takes you more than 30 days to actually get a response from the company you bought a coupon for. LivingDeal certainly did NOT refund the money I spent on the coupon. The only thing they will do is give you LivingDeal credits but they DID NOT EVER refund my money as I was beyond the refund date (at least that's what the customer service person told me was their policy regardless of reason) - this policy applies even if the company will not honour the coupon, has gone out of business, etc. If they say they do refund your $$ if the business has gone under or is a scam then they were lying to me when they said they couldn't refund my $$. Ironically it took me more than 30 days of constant trying to actually contact someone at rent a maid and getting the rent a maid run around so there way no way I could have known that the company was a scam before the 30 days were up. So bottom line is LIVINGDEAL would not refund my money.
