Deduction from Credit Card

we rented car in Italy from July 27th till August 6th, 3 months later we received a message from the bank with a deduction of 73 euro than 2 min later another 73 euros were deducted from the credit card we used to pay online, bank can't provide any explanation and this is theft and breach.
