I worked for rescare from 6/04 to 10/05. My coworker would constantly verbally abuse the recipients so I called the office and filed a complaint and also did a report. When the situation was not addressed on numerous occasions and the verbal abuse continued I informed my director that I would be living the company since they did not address the situation. I reapplied for the same agency different location 12 years later and they informed me I was not eligible for rehire! I busted my butt for the company and followed every rule and regulation and protocol so now I'm being punished for following the rules that we were trained to follow!!!
