I called this company one evening because I was having trouble with my PC. Unfortunately, I am computer "illiterate," and trusted their diagnosis. They convinced me that I should use them for security services instead of McAfee or any other. So I did agree to their extremely high fee. They also tried to sell me on their monthly fee for any services, which I declined at the time. I had another problem, called them, and they wanted to charge me an exhorbitant fee, so I reluctantly agreed to their $29.99 monthly fee. When I had some large medical bills to pay, I called them back to explain that I would not be able to pay the monthly fee, they had someone call me to "try" to work out something. "Nothing could be done," I was told and I was locked into the fee. When I informed them that I had not signed anything, the reply was that I had made a verbal agreement. A business verbal agreement without a signature or recording? If they recorded the conversation without informing me, this is, I think, illegal. Needless to say, they did not cancel the monthly payments. I do not like this company and will seek further advice.
