Refund the reservation amount to Yunne Lim.
Booking On 28th June 2015 in Hotel 168 , Sandakan ,Sabah


We had a customer, name: Yunne Lim, lodged in Hotel 168 Sandakan on 28th June,2015.

We were told that Yunne Lim was a predetermined three standard room in Hotel168 through Agoda.com, and also paid cash to Agoda.com.

Because we are no business dealings with Agoda.com. , so customers through agoda.com. booking a room in Hotel 168 has brought misunderstanding and trouble.

Therefore, we hope that your company can refund the reservation amount to Yunne Lim.

Your Kind assistance will be much appreciated.
