Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been asked money time and again for transfer clearance. I did transfer but no reflection, so far I have already made payment of IC Rs. 85000, 170000, 85000 now again this one and this one says its last payment. I wanted to know is there any such form of 10 man signature.

I would expect immediate response at [email protected]. Below is the mail I recieved.

Dear Jit Kumari Rana,

We receive a notification from the Reserve Bank of India as regards the remittance of your funds into your account and we were inform that you will need to be obtain "Funds Release Form B" (10 Man signature) from the Ministry of Finance and the Reserve Bank of India on behalf of the Indian Financial Regulatory Authority. They stated that this process must not be skipped whatsoever and that since the remittance of your money is from the Royal Bank of Scotland India, that it is very mandatory that the signatories be obtain from the Apex authorities here in India.

They stated that to obtain the "Funds Release Form B" (10 Man Signature) that you will have to make a mandatory payment of Seventy Thousand Rupees (Rs.70,000/-) only. That is to say, a "10 Man" signature needed to be obtained, which we will have to obtain from the Reserve Bank and the Ministry of Finance on your behalf. They further stated that as soon as the Funds Release Form B (10 Man Signature) is obtain, that your funds will immediately be release to reflect in your account without further delay.

Please NOTE that we are attaching the "Funds Release Form B" (10 Man Signature) sample herewith this email for your perusal and as soon as we receive your payment, we will obtain the "Funds Release Form B" and forward to the officers in question for endorsement.

Please note also, that this a refundable amount and will be re-credited into your account in the end and the money remains yours.
