This company is a not a legitimate company ,we purchased this plan because it was supposed to be a discounted vacation plan ,we attempted to book a vacation and the accommodations were as high as a normal hotel rate, We have paid over 2000 and have not been on a vacation as of yet. This company is attempting to get 2500 more dollars a will not over a settlement or payoff. I have filed a complaint with the consumer affairs in Hilton Head to no avail. This place has made me Leary to any vacation clubs and will not remove this collection off your credit report.. Please do not use this company run as fast as you can!!!!!
