Paid for a reverse phone number 1 year membership.Tried 4 or 5 searches with no results. e-mailed customer service-- asked for refund--NO REPLY!

Tried 8 more searches including my own phone number (which is listed by the local phone company) as well as a couple other numbers I know are listed as well. They all failed to produce any names. After looking at complaints online from literally DOZENS of other customer complaints, all similar in nature to mine, I once again, e-mailed customer service. You guessed it, no reply. They did, however charge my bank account $29.90. This group is obviously a complete scam. I am reporting this to warn others and join the group of complaints against this (non-existent) company. I will be cancelling my credit card info now. It is most likely already compromised! Sooner or later the FEDS will find a way to catch and prosecute groups like this. Until they do, all we can do is Bitch about it, I guess. Impossible to catch them.
