I am a victim of this scam aswell.
Online order for skin cream that is free to try and just shipping charge.
Well after I gave my credit card number the company added a charge for eye cream.
I did not order eye cream. There is no edit feature online either. There is no company contact. There is nothing online stating
no refunds either.
I looked online to find a phone number. I found another angry customer's post and she had the
phone number. I called the company 10 minutes after ordering online and requested cancelation due
to their illegal practices of adding another product with a charge. The women on the phone told me my order would be cancelled.
I called the Attorney General's Office and reported this company.
I called my credit card company and they said there were no charges from the company so they must have cancelled.
I did not receive a charge for over a month and then there was the charge on my credit card statement.
The credit card will dispute the charge but they said since I gave them my credit card number it is up to the company to credit charges.
I contacted the company a second time and they refused to refund or cancel my order.
The man the second time stated they do not cancel orders. He said he would cancel ongoing orders.
I did not request the product to arrive monthly.
I am now stuck in a ongoing battle with this company!
I will not pay them since I cancelled my order.
I will not pay them because I did not order two products.
I will not pay them because I did not order ongoing shipments.
This company needs shut down for fraud and illegal online ordering practices.
