This is my SECOND awful experience with SEDGWICK; I am a provider and in sending my bills to a local office in Washington,
have been talked to so rudely, snottily and unprofessionally, I am wondering if they are trained ON PURPOSE this way. No where
in the insurance industry should this be tolerated

The supervisor today, Mandy, who is filling in for Nancy Anderson as her team lead told me "I was BADGERING HER" because
I was calling to make sure they had my correct address (I had moved offices) and checking to make sure my bills had all been
received. Previously I was told the first set of bills had not been received and when she looked carefully, they were sitting on
"someone else's desk". When she told me to quit bugging her in a dripping with snot tone of voice, I told her she wasn't being
professional................................and she hung up on me.

Two years ago, I dealt with this same team of people contracted out by Stevens/Swedish Hospital for their nursing staff, Labor &
Industries - which I am going to report this as well - and this Nancy Anderson was so full of venom, she caught me off guard and
literally had me in tears, my Dad was very ill at the time.

Please advise.
