unauthorised charges to credit card

I have twice been charged 9.95 stirling to my credit card (20.06.11 and 19.07.11) by rewardsfirst.co.uk.
The only transactions I can trace it to are: 1) Redeeming rewards from Fly-bys and 2) Opting for a refund of ten (10) pounds stirling on the web purchase of train tickets within the UK which we visited in June 2011.

My first concern is to stop all further transactions to rewardsfirst. The I would be keen to have the unauthorised payments refunded.

WHY ARE YOU TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THERE IS NO AGREEMENT NOR CONTRACT FOR YOU TO TAKE ANYMONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I WANT YOU TO STOP RIGHTAWAY.
