I have had an amount of £14.95 deducted from my account for 4 months now and i dont know anything about this company and i want my money back please.

My partner masjid Mahmoud had been charged £19 for 2months knw from rewardsnow.co.uk from his account and a dd had been set up and we don't know how and how they have hot our details. But we would like our money back please and got this matter to be delay with ASAP. We don't know how u got the account information from but taking money from someone else's account is illegal without permission, therefore we would like our money back and the dd to be cancelled as we did not agree to this. Would be grateful if u could reply to my message and deal with this matter.
