unpaid lockdown uif by employer

Rhweba Trading 1029cc did not pay workers the lockdown uif despite being paid on 06 August 2020. He maintains he can not pay people (no work no pay) as everyone was not at work but at home. He continues hosting birthday parties and on shopping spree. Workers are in shame at their homes with no hope.
