Fraudulent Swift

This saga with Mr Richard Freeman has been going on for sometime. Our group was part of a financial Instrument Trade program whereby participants were to profit via the trading of these instruments including Stand By Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.

Lumina was originally (and still is) represented by My John S Diak. He had been working with Richard Freeman for some time. Going back now months, Mr Freeman would make daily promises to Mr Diak that a Citibank wire would be sent out in the inital amount of $1.5mm to Lumina. This was to then continue for several weeks until the progam had totally been paid out to the participants.

Weeks and weeks went by regarding discussions (and daily promises) between John Diak and Richard Freeman. Every day Mr Freeman would inform Mr Diak that in fact the wire from Citiabnk was sent to Lumina Information Technologies. However, nothing ever came to frution.

Finally Richard Freeman told Mr Diak that Citibank US had become a problem and that a "German" Bank would now be seding out a MT103 Swift instead. As Mr Freeman indicated in his email, the MT103 was to be sent out on 6/5/2017. Also as indicated, the MT103 was to be credited to the Lumina account not later then "Tuesday afternoon." Yet Tuesday afternoon came and went with no credits going to the Lumina account as promised by Richard Freeman.

Subject: Resolution to Citibank problem

Dear Mr. Diak,

I am so sorry that the attempt to have a payment made through Citibank turn into such a failure. I will have the situation corrected come Monday, June 5th, 2017. I will have an MT103 transfer sent to the Lumina account information that you sent to me. They should receive the funds in their account by Tuesday afternoon. A MT103 from my bank to their bank should take 24 hours. I hope that this will rectify the situation that was caused by Citibank.

Respectfully, Account Manger. Richard Freeman

As horrific frustration set in, Mr Robert Smith of Lunina was finally able to speak with Richard Freeman on 6/16/2017. Mr Freeman gave excuses from A-Z but promised Mr Smith of Lumina that come Monday June 19th that both Swift MT103's would be sent out for sure this time and be delived to the Lumina account not later than Tuesday morning again.

Tuesday monring came and went with Mr Freeman contiuning to promise that the MT103's would be sent out. As late as 12pm 6/22/2017, Richard Freeman was still prommising that the MT103's were sent out but won't (and has never) provided any type of Swift confirmation.

Lumina and John S Diak call upon Richard Freeman to correct the sitation and ensure that the Swift MT103's are sent out immediatley in order to remedy the situation.
