Complaint is against Rite Aid and TELECHECK. A check written to Rite Aid was on a checking account I recently opened with
Chase Bank. There well over enough money in that account to cover the check I had written, yet it was denied. I was very shocked! After standing in line for close to 20 minutes I had to pay for my prescription by credit card and left to go to the bank to enquire about my account. I was assured that there was well over enough money there to cover my check. There is absolutely no reason why my check was not received. I am 85 years old and I had to do a lot of running around and I was very humiliated to be told my check was denied.

I find this unacceptable and I intend to pursue it with the Better Business Bureau. I think TeleCheck is doing very poor business and I don't think they're going to be around very long if this is the way they do business. I will also close my account with Rite Aid I don't want to do business with a company that deals with this kind of business.
