My son, who is an ex-felon, (his daughter died while in his possession) and his fiance's children, (2 year old and 6 month old) were left in a tub of bath water. My granddaughter drown from their neglect. The children were taken, their was a placement order (they never did my background, although, I had given them the information immediately after I found out what happened. At the hearing my grandson was given to his mom's grandfather (that's find, but they told the social worker that the mom had been abused by her dad) That was overlooked (no one has ever addressed that, although, he is the only one that they did a background check on) I practically had to beg for them to do my background check. Ms. Christine Diaz, has from day one, not knowing me or anything about me, told my son and his fiance, that I would never get custody of my grandson, she proceded by know even running my background until the grandfather, Mr. Roberson was given custody of my grandson. (I have my grandson's brother; I've had him since he was 2 years old, he is now 11 years old) Ms. Christine Diaz has from the beginning, been very unprofessional to me. I tried to let her know that my son's fiance needed help, parenting classes, etc., she went back to the fiance and told her I did not like her and I was speaking against her, causing much striff between my son, her and myself. I thought I was helping, but she took everyhting I told her and turned it around causing much discord between the family members. I finally wrote her an email and told her I took back everything I ever said to her because of how she was using it. She reported to the hearing board that I should not be awarded my grandson because I was not reliable, I took back everything I said to her and that I was protected my son and making his fiancee look bad. (not my intention, it thought I would get them help so they could get their child back) Now that the fiancee has had another baby, which was taken away from them immediately, I've been told that I can not even be in the running to get custody of my new granddaughter either. I have passed the FBI background check. I have passed the Home inspection essessment. So why does this person get to use her distorted version of who she thinks I am to keep my grandchildren away from me? I want to file a grievance against this woman, because she is being biased and has no professional insight into placing my grandchildren with someone who will love and care for them, but leaning on her own personal dislike of me. Im with a girl who has had CPS in her life for a while and had a son, Kevin Daniels, in CPS care. I met her and we got together April 10, 2008. She had told me of her situation and I had helped get her child back. In the meantime, we had another child together named Hannah Rose Daniels, born 12/12/08. I had helped my girlfriend, Amanda Daniels, with the situation and getting her child back and doing EVERYTHING that CPS required her to do. Kevin was reunified with us in our new apartment and we continud on living as a family.

June 1st, 2009, Amanda and the children had gone out to meet me at the public library. Kevin, being only 1 1/2 yrs. of age, had gotten tired of walking and tripped, bumping his head and leaving a bruise on his forehead. On June 3rd, the case worker, Deborah Davis, came by for her normal check-up and was concerned about Kevin and took him out of the home. 24 hrs. later, came back and demanded for us to give up Hannah or be arrested... No charges of a crime had been made due to lack of evidence of ANY abuse to either child. Hannah was in perfect health, as of Kevin he had some marks on his body which they are trying to say was caused by abuse. There is NO abuse of ANY KIND in my household!!!

They refuse to give us back our child as THEY THINK something will happen to Hannah and it NEVER has and NEVER will!!! That's what I KNOW... not what I THINK, as of what they're doing. (Not having the exact knowledge of Kevin's incident as of why he was re-detained)

I have NO criminal history of ANY kind and I would just like for my baby to come back home. If there has been ANY laws that had been broken or Constitutional Rights in violation by CPS or Deborah Davis, I would like to file charges AFTER Hannah is back SAFE in her home in which I have provided for us.

I don't know who else to go to... WE as a family need the help of the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM to reclaim what's rightfully ours!!!
