I lived in the Boulder Creek Apartment complex in Boise Idaho and I had one of the worst experiences of my life. My boyfriend and I moved in March of 2012 and moved out December 2012 (breaking our lease) due to not feeling comfortable in our own home and being straight disrespected for to long. We lived in an upstairs apartment and we dealt with our down stairs neighbors coming up every day to complain about us simply walking around in our own home. We complained to the manager and said it would be taken care of but ABSOULUTELY NOTHING was ever done about it becuase it never stopped. Towards the end of our stay there we were accused of egging our neighbors cars, (when my own car was also egged and a police report was made). The neighbors got in my boyfriends face and said," your fucking with the wrong person bitch". That incident was also reported and again, NOTHING was done. We tried to just stay in our apartment and not communicate with anyone, while trying to find a new place to live. We thought that we could get out of there without coming across anymore issues, we were wrong. I was carrying laundry out of my apartment with my boyfriend and a friend of ours, when I was standing at the top of the stairs, the neighbor walked out and pushed me down the stairs with a laundry basket in hand. We called the police, made a report to management and moved out the same week. We thought that finally we would be done with this place, again.. we were wrong. A couple of weeks later we recieved a bill in the mail stating that we owed them $4,344 for breaking of a lease and damages to the rental. BULLSHIT! Do not go out of your way with these people, even the people at the corporate office said that there is nothing that they can do about what happened and we signed a lease that we must stick too. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENED THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE.
