My name is Catherine Elizabeth Klaver and reside in the Bluff Area, KZN, South Africa.
In December I submitted my husband and my UIF payment contribution on the 6th December 2023. My husband received his UIF, but I still have not received my December 2023 UIF. I had contacted the UIF on the 12th December 2023 and was told that I should rec3my UIF on the 28th December 2023, and did not receive my December UIF as stated by the consultants I had spoken to.
On the 6th January 2024 I submitted for my husband and my UIF payment contribution on the 6th of January 2024. I then pho Ed the UIF department to find out why I still have not received my December 2023 UIF payment. I was told due to the holiday festival the pay master was busy with the unpaid UIF Contributions and should be in my bank account within 7 plus work days.
It is the 20th January 2024 and still have not received my December 2023 as well as my January 2024 UIF contribution.
Please advise why is this being allowed as I am being handed over to lawyers due to unpaid debit orders that I agreed to pay on certain dates that I was given by the UIF payment department numours times?
I will really appreciate it as it is urgently needed.
