Hiring

I have an accounting degree and 8+ years of experience in Auditing and Accounting. I am in Canada since March 2011 and registered with Robert Half and Accountemps both. They called me for interview 4 to 5 times in their office and said they cannot place me. I do not know the reason why they cannot place me. I would like that an action be taken against these agencies.
