I too have been trying to get my money back from this company. They got me for 49.92. Have been trying to get it back for 3 months now. So sick of hearing them say how sorry they are for the inconvenience and that they will take care of it and mail me in check within 48 hours. Never received it. I would love to punch theses asshole in the face. They illegally take your money and have no remorse about it at all. I too have talked to this Michael asshole as well as Andrea Orr and Andrea Martinez. What a freaking joke.

I Talked To MICHAEL DAVIS On April 10 & 12, 2017 At 1-800-895-1592 While At My Bank In The Vice President's Office. HE SAID, "You Will Get An Email Confirmation Of Cancellation Of Account In 24-48 HOURS AND A REFUND CHECK IN 5-7 Business Days" ON APRIL 10, 2017. I Called Back On April 12, 2017 When I Did Not Receive Email Confirmation Of Cancellation. MICHAEL DAVIS Assured Me That My Cancellation And Check Was Being Processed To Me. I CALLED YESTERDAY - APRIL 18, 2017 - I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EMAIL CANCELLATION AND NO CHECK. I WAS RUSHED OFF THE PHONE BY A MAN. I Called My Bank And They Will Contact ROCKY MOUNTAIN CELL To Get My Money Back: $24.95!!!
