My husband recently obtained legal guardianship of his 84 year old mother who has dementia. We are finding magazine after magazine, book after book, that she bought from Rodale Books. It is impossible to contact them without having the email that was used to order the magazines. Since my mother-in-law does not have email, I'm very curious as to how these subscriptions were entered.

I've been holding now for ten minutes on their phone line and am wondering if I will be "accidentally" cut off. I am attempting in good faith to clear up the situation with these people. Seeing earlier posts on this board, I am wondering if my MIL already paid these bills.
