We have been trying to get our Roland BN 20 to work on a regular basis. Every time we go to use it there is an issue. The waste cartridge reads full when it is not. This Service code 110 is coming up every time we use it. Even when we have cleanned every item, replaced items and have spent hours on the phone with customer service and no one has been able to solve this problem. When we bought the machine, it came in the mail. We had to set it up ourselves, install it, and there was no one to help. They sold us this machine at the ISS show in Vegas and then promptly forgot we exhisted. We just attended the ISS show in Long Beach this year and discussed the issue with the Roland Rep. He told us that we should have had some one come out to set it up and then come back and service it at 6 months and then again at a year. Nothing!!!!!! He told us to just call the office... We did that and again nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We got in contact with Wellington House out of OR. They sell the same machine and we asked for a tech to come out. They said since they did not sell us the machine they had to check with Roland to see if they could service it. When we began having the Error Code 110 on a Regular basis they finally got us in touch with a tech and he hasnt been able to help us either. Now he has just decided to stop answering our calls. Our machine has been down for 2 weeks and I am so fed up! Do not buy this machine and if you choose too, make sure you buy it from someone with local techs because you are going to need them!
