My husband and I were told there were many other Royal Elite Sandos Hotels we could visit in the USA but we have NOT and
I repeat NOT able to get this information available. That is the MAIN reason be bought into your program. The rep. that talked
with us SHOWED on a map many different destinations we could book to use the weeks available to us. When we go to ANY
of the web sites available they only show Mexico destinations. If, infact the only weeks available are in Mexico the rep. that
spoke with us was guilty of FRAUD. We in fact told him we were planning on using the time available in the USA. We were
told a list of hotels would be emailed to us, including the Key West, Florida. We continue to wait for information that I fear
will never be sent. We have worked HARD all our lives and have given you MONEY to perform a duty that has not happened.
Do we need to contact our attorney to get result. Very disappointed. [email protected]

Shame on Royal Elite, how is it possible that whenever a client is trying to do everything from their end to do payments and believe everything the sales associated told them the membership was about, and turns out its not and that everything was a Lie.. and that Royal Elite did nothing to respond their client's email or phone calls, but it is not until we start posting in the internet our stories when they want to do something about such as "opening" a new Quality Control Department. I was taken advantage by royal elite, they sold me a membership in the understood that they would sell my old timeshare and by doing this I was going to be able to keep my royal elite timeshare with the money they provide me from my old timeshare, they couldn´t sell my timeshare and now I´m in trouble because I can’t pay both timeshares, the led me to believe something different juts to get my money. We are not the only ones, i found this forum with more people who were scammed by Royal Elite:
