I bought a timeshare with Royal Holiday and they lied to me at everything, every time I check for travel dates are not available and it's cheaper to booked flight and hotel with Expedia. The service is really bad, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I cannot talk to her and that I cannot cancel my membership.
Its been a nightmare for me!!! I was doing a research on internet about this fraudulent resort and how to get out of this fraud, i found this information and i want to share it with you, i hope it helps someone:

Contract Cancellation
Like many others on this Forum, I too am trying to cancel my Royal Holiday Contract. I have sent numerous emails to customer service, quality and the agent that represents me the first year, her manager as well as the person who sold me the contract in the first place. No responses from any of these people regarding the next step in the cancellation process.
Like many of you, what I was explained in the sales meeting and what I actually got once the contract is signed were two totally different things. I was recently told on the phone by one of the agents I spoke with is that if its not in writing then it does not exist and I have no leg to stand on and there is no way in which I can cancel my contract because the 5 days have passed. Yet another person tells me to try out the program and then if I don't like it apply to cancel. So I asked, what is the real story, if I use it and can cancel, then why can't I just be sent the information necessary to cancel now.
I don't want to get into a long winded conversation regarding what I was told and what I actually have access to, but after some thoughts and attempts, all I want to do is cancel this contract and get my initial downpayment back. They are due to charge my visa next month the remaining 75% of the contract and I will have a stop payment placed on the card before that happens.
If anybody has any insight on how to proceed, it would be greatly appreciated.
