Allowing Guests to be Ripped Off

Grand Park Royal Cozumel and it’s management is compliant in allowing an on-site concession or vendor JulioKin to charge guests a $5, use fee for their dock while charging guest to use snorkeling equipment, this is a conflict of interest by allowing a concession on our property, as a member of Royal Holiday Club we pay for this property through annual maintenance fees in excess of $2,000.00, this is theft after paying annual fees and all-inclusive fees for our stay at Park Royal we should have FREE, I repeat FREE use of the associated dock. I spoke with a person from JulioKin and he attempted to convince me that it was for liability , my question is when has anyone received payment for a liability claim, what a joke. Join with me in getting our fair share.
