3 month Delayed ended up no stock
Purchased a sofa on 5th Jan 2021 with full payment and told me that delivery will be preferably on the end of Feb or 1st week of March. Had been waiting patiently until end of Feb and had keep asking for date of delivery. 1st week of March they told me that item will only reach on the mid of March which is around 11-13th March and will update me when near to date. I had been waiting and chasing for a date. 5th March received a call informing me that the black stock discontinue and could not deliver. They apologize and asked to change color or refund. Do the Company think that we are stupid? When we placed an order, I m sure you could have contacted your factory and I had waited for 2 month plus. Why you couldn’t let me know on Jan to Feb??? Instead bluffing me telling me the delivery delayed and then cannot deliver? Seriously waste my time. No sofa for CNY and I urge people never to buy from Rozel. This is really not professional at all. I would never go back to thus shop again.
