Subject-For return of Original Documents & refund of remitted fees from "RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology, Kohka Kurud Road, Bhilai(Chhattisgarh)"

Respected Sir,
My son Shri Yash Thawait is student of B.E. 1st semester of Computer Science Engineering Branch of "RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology, Kohka Kurud Road, Bhilai(Chhattisgarh)" since 24/07/2015.
He is unable to continue his study there due to family problem & wanted to take admission in non-technical course for further study in his home address of Korba District of Chhattisgarh State .
I visited "RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology, Kohka Kurud Road, Bhilai(Chhattisgarh)" & put up written application to the Competent Authority to return all the Original Documents submitted at the time of admission of my son & refund of remitted fees as per rules & regulations of Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University/All India Council for Technical University/Directorate of Technical University, Raipur(Chhattisgarh) but they refused to do so & sending me to each other. Also, no remarks were written on my application & same was returned back to me.
Inspite of my all best efforts & co-operation extended to concerned personnel & repeated personal approaches has not yielded any fruitful results.
I fade up for such type of "Natural Injustice" & felt heavy mental shock now a day.
