I am a sales associate and I must say today has been the worst day. Yesterday(August 13th) a store had a horrible odor that gave all of us a headache. My managers did everything they could to try to find a solution but the district manager said we could not leave. Today (August 14th) we couldn't turn the Ac on because if we did, the smell would come back. It got up to 80° in the store. As I was working in the females section, I passed out. I yelled for my managers and they helped me and took great care of me. They were all worried and was worried about all of our safety. They called the district manager and told him what happened. They sat me in the back room because it was cooler in there. I had three managers working tonight because we have to get shippment done. Well one of my managers went to get me cold water, another one was on the phone with my d.m and the last one was helping a customer. I was in the back and I fainted once again and this time I had a seizure. I screamed for the manager and they all came back and found me on the floor. My head manager, Lily held my head and made sure I was on my side, laaron called the paramedics, and Keirra told the other associate to leave. It was too hot and they had enough of it. My managers did so much for me and made sure I was safe. Well as they were on the phone with the d.m, he asked why my manager was "trippin." She was freaking out because I just fainted twice and had a seizure. He was a complete dick about the situation and made me feel like he didn't care about my health. He was so rude! My managers closed the store and had me out in the food court because it was cool out there. This all could have been avoided if he would have let us leave when it hit 80°.
