Then I went up to ask this manager who had blonde hair it was put up “hey sweetie do you have this in an xxl?” She gave me a dirty look and said “um no you should take her to the store by target, it carries big people clothes” then takes her phone out and starts texting. I will be going to HR. I’m highly disappointed. Literally right after that I put everything down and walked out probably 150$ worth of clothes.

I went into the Tanger Outlets Rue 21 in Pigeon Forge with my Friend Nikki Bowden. BOTH of us shop at Rue 21 all the time (online and in the store) We had an order that needed to be swapped out because the leggings arrived ripped. We were so incredibly mistreated that we are contemplating filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As a business owner myself, I feel as if contacting first the company would be the right thing to do. Our visit was Saturday, March 24 at around 3:30 p.m. We first encountered a slightly overweight, young girl with brown hair. She was wearing a tan sweater that was hanging off of her shoulder with a red bra strap showing that she was constantly falling off of her shoulder and she was continuously fixing it. She was extremely rude, no emotion, no facial expression, acted as if we had bothered her. She then had to call over the "manager" Her name was Toyre. Again, another rude young girl. She was tossing our items all over the counter, huffing and puffing. My friend and I have never felt so uncomfortable. When she went to issue our credit, it was wrong. She argued with my friend and I about what the computer said meanwhile it was simple math that we were shorted almost $5.00. We kindly started explaining everything to her and when we both thought she had saw our side of it, she changed everything and said we don't get our tax back? I said, well, we paid tax online? She continued to argue with us and changing what reasoning we weren't getting the correct amount back. Finally, after 10 minutes of her attitude, my friend told her to just forget it and that we will never shop at Rue 21 again. Toyre said "Okay, that's not a problem, sounds good to me" Like I said, we both shop at Rue 21 all the time but to have these young, immature girls as managers who have no respect for anyone or anything is just ridiculous. I will not be going back to that store and I'm pretty sure my friend feels the same way. We were very mistreated by both of them. This is the store address:

This company is very rude! I order my items on September 16th it is now September 27 no tracking number so I call customer service they tell me the warehouse is moving to another state,do I ask will the items I ordered be available was told yes by 1 representative and would receive my tracking by the end of the that was yesterday on September 26 ... so today I check my email notification tracking nothing I called customer service again now I am upset they say most items are not available and have to wait until Friday the 30th of September to see if they can ship my package no offer of discount or extra percentage on my next purchase nothing !! Bad for business my order number is w002358010
