My name is abigail day i shop in your rue21 in deridder quite often i just wanna say how applaud i am that you guys are closing the store so many times ive visted the store to pick up an item when i had nothing to look descent in. Excuse me for being rude but i have never been so heartbroken the staff is always so nice and informative and they will be out of job its just truly sad because so many people's lives are changing i could cloth my whole family in under 20$ on a good sale its just so sad that you guys could be so heartless and not even take into consideration how devestated this town truly is lake charles and even alexandria store are not worth a drive deridder had the nicest most helpful staff ever i just pray for the staff that they arent just left out in the cold they work so hard everytime im in there

The reason why am saying this is because y'all are putting managers in the stores that have not even worked for rue at all. You would save a whole heck of a lot of money if you would higher with then. If you look at the sales associates you do have and they know what they are doing then they should be promoted before you hire a new assistant Manager or manager. Now you get the district managers that say the world is people don't have enough work experience in that type of job will number one they work for your company so it will less taxing for a sales associate to be promoted because they already know some of what they need to know and other things that they need to know they can learn. It makes absolutely no sense to hire out of store if you have an employee who wants the job who has shown is a reliable worker who has gone beyond the call and then you tell them that they don't have what it takes to become an assistant manager when you have been training them to become one and you think they're going to stay with you it's just so stupid that I think the district managers need to be looked at harder just a person who shops now who used to have to do those jobs to pay bills not to go get my nails done mine or my hair dye in but to pay my Bills. It's sad and if the people who own the stores knew what was going on really they would put a stop to it in a second I sure would...
