Worked there for 6yrs all the dedication i put in there was torn right out my hands. U have a dm who tells everystore to purchase fragrance to keep her behind safe but yet then its held against u the moment u dont kias there asses. Then if they only realized the fragrance is sold at unmarkes items. If the item was 9.99 or 12.99 a fragrance got scanned. Thats the only way they could make there gials instead of actually selling it. Inventory the fragrance is precounted if they got wise they wouldnt allow it to be precounted and they would see the huge overage . markdowns can not be comoleted properly cause items at certain orices are not there cause of fragrance. When known losses are found it automatically becomes mos . the dm never does her job as instructed to so there fore sm continue to go about it . if the ceo only knew all the shady stuff behind there doors especially in district 96 he would have a heart attack. When u try to reach out to ur dm ur basically shoved aside while she only talks to the sm and never listens to the other managers and employees. Then the dm and sm cones after u for being honest and u eventually get fired. I will never recommend anyone to shop or work thier. Unless ur soft and a butt kisser keep trucler where ur business is mire appericated . Ive even seen product with mildew on it and was told to still out it on the floor that the custoners here are stupid they will still buy.
