$35 deducted off my card for 1-2 day delivery service.

My name is Tracey Steward I recently lost my RushCard. I called Sunday October21st 2018 and requested that $35 be taken out of my direct deposit account so a new card can be delivered to me in 1 or 2 business days. On Monday October 22nd 2018 I called Rush card to make sure that they processed my card for delivery, I was told that it wasn't processed until Monday the 22nd because they don't do card processing over the weekends. Today is October 25th 2018 Thursday I have not received my card it's past 1 or 2 business days . I spoke to three customer service agent one of them was so very rude she hung up in my face I spoke to a supervisor with no luck they can't assist me the supervisor expedited my information to management which has to be investigated for two to three more business days. I want my $35 back on in my account ASAP the services of RushCard are so disrespectful I should not have to wait another two to three days for my card from UPS it should not be no investigation to the point it's their fault I don't think they even sent my card but they have my $35 and I want it back as soon as possible. They don't even have any tracking information to my card but they took my $35 out as soon as it was deposited to my account the service is from RushCard. I don't know who runs this card service but two things they do should not be allowed thank you and I will no longer do business with RushCard anymore

Pissed off

I literally hate Rush Card.I have been a member sine 2007, and once I get my money back from this sorry company I am done and I will tell all my friends and family, as well as existing or non existing customers not to ever use or consider using this company and their pre paid card service.

Prior to them upgrading there system this past weekend, there have always been different issues that have come up, and honestly I should have discontinued this service a long time ago. Now since there upgrade this weekend, my card is no longer active, I am being declined when I try using it. I can not take funds from the bank. I can not see my account online b/c the online account doesn't come up, and when u call there number it will either keep ringing, disconnect or number invalid.

I called to check my balance on Sunday, no answer. I kept calling got lucky a little,b/c the rush card automative system came on, it took a minute but I was able to put my info in through the phone line and it said my balance was zero. I need to know where is my money, b/c I had/have money in that account. I am so pissed.

My direct deposit is also scheduled to hit today and when I tried canceling it with my company it was too late, so now all of my pay check is in this account, in which I don't even know if this *** company is still in business. Russell Simmons some of us need our money, unlike yourself. I also agree with the last persons review. Your call center reps all need to speak clear English.

Stop hiring foreigners who can't speak to your customers.Stop being cheap...
