Thy keep sending my card to the wrong address

My card exspired on 11/19 I called in two weeks befor my card exspired to get a replacement card they( RushCard customer service rep) told me tht a card had already been sent out to another address. I informed them tht I did not live @ tht address anymore. Then the CSR told me she couldn’t do it over the phne. So i has to call RushCard back & another CSR did it over the phne. This was last Tuesday. I have not received my card yet & thy keep charging me 30 dollars they keep telling me that they gotta wait for a response from corporate to send me a new card and reverse the charges give them 3to 4 hrs , give them 24 to 48 hrs . It’s been a week & it’s Christmas I need my MONEY PLEASE
