Not refunding my $1,783

rest car will not refund my money $1,783 they shut my car down and I had a balance of $1783 I've faxedover and over all the information that they claim they needed which was Social Security card drivers license two utility etc i've repeatedly done this 7 to 8 times between a 4 to 5 months. They keep giving me the runaround they say the computers are down there is no supervisor in the system have not updated my information or they will say we didn't see it clear enough we need front and back pages well now we need one more utility bill it just keeps going on and on excuse after excuse
