Got my card on hold
I have a rush card i called to ask about some charges that were made to my card that I didn't recognize then she said she was going to have to put my card on hold I said no not right now let me talk to PlayStation first ,but no she did what she wanted now it's been two weeks . my bills are all due rent car note car insurance phone bill Etc I have four children no money no gas every time I talk to someone I just get mad they don't understand I need my money it's time for me to get paid again and I can't touch it. I will not be using Rush card anymore just give me what is mine please .

I am sick and disgusted at your organization RUSH CARD. You have your name proudly attached to a fraudulent organization. Crucks, thieves. I was defrauded out of $700 and Ur incompetent employees in a maked up resolution team stated that I am not eligible to get my money back. This may be a small amount to you. However, I am a poor single mother of 3 children. I can hardly make ends meet. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE HAD MY LIGHTS DISCONNECTED BECAUSE OF THIS. I HAVE TO BEG FOOD BANKS FOR FOOD BECAUSE OF THIS. I AM PISSED AT BEST. I CONTACTED RUSH CARD AND SPOKE WITH “GELLO” YES THAT IS HIS NAME SO HE SaysThis is sick at best. I am depressed at the least. I need to get caught up on my rent because of the fraudulent things that goes on with your company. I know that this never going to reach and even if it does you would not give a rats ass about my poor ass with children to support. Shame on you and your organization. I will post this as a comment on your page for everyone to see… U can’t imagine how much I am hurting right now… Shame on you all.

Missing funds
My school sent my money on January 7, 2016 and I still haven't received them. I received no help in locating the money and I ultimately closed the account. The funds haven't been returned to my school.

NO ACCESS TO MONEY OR ACCOUNT
My direct deposit was not there 2 days early and it did finally come on the actual payday @ 8pm at night. By this time I was already late on credit cards, car, child care, and other payments. I have incurred late fees and overlimit fees due to this. I expect to have this money refunded to me because I should not have to pay for their mistakes.

stolen money
Last year in March my cousin and her friend took $800.00 of my card and I would like to no why the company aloud that to happen without getting in touch with me,and nobody is doing anything about it and I think that's wrong and I made a police report and nothing isn't happening about my money,tell me what I do to get my money back.

ID THEFT
UP UNTIL JAN IVE BEEN GETTING SS ON A SS PREPAID CARD. AS OF FEB 3 MY MONEY WAS CHANGED TO A RUSH CARD WITH NO AUTHORIZATION. TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE BUT YOU CALL ANOTHER COUNTRY.
THE RUSSELL SIMMONS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, HE SHOULD BE ASAHMED OF HIMSELF BY OUT SOURCING HIS COMPANY.
YOU GOT ALL YOUR FORTUNE BY USA, YOU SHOULD KEEP THE JOBS HERE TO.
I WILL BE REPORTING YOUR COMPANY TO AS MANY PEOPLE AND NEWS TEAMS AS POSSIBLE.
HOW COULD YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT

ID THEFT
The same has happened to me. They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. They do unauthorized transaction without your knowledge!!!
