Today I called RushCard and explained that I had some identity theft issues and wanted to secure my account after loading my money on it prior to this I have had many complaints never resolved with MetaBank customer service is extremely rude and they never do as I ask I asked them 2 change my security on my account due to it being hacked my email address that is I have contacted the FTC and LifeLock about the identity theft and today on the phone employee name of Graham employee number 205-7314 at 12:30 p.m. on May 1st 2018 and he repeatedly told me they would not update my email address and he hung up in my face when I wanted him to repeat back what I asked him to do he told me the exact opposite that he was going that he was going to give up that he was going to ask for my social and card number when anyone called about the account and I told them that is exactly the opposite of what I wanted the hackers have that information and I did not want that information given up and he told me that he there was nothing he could do about it and they would that's what they've that was going that's what was going to be asked when they called or inquire about the card and and in my experience with or MetaBank has been totally horrific I have had money stolen never replaced all the stuff you have been unfounded never received anything $515 to say the least I think I'm going to have a class action lawsuit against MetaBank anybody on board please reach me at bubblegumjoe1992 at gmail.com
