Want to receive a refund for a double payment to people gas

I'm trying to get a refund for a double payment I made the People Gas it wasn't what I thought it was my fault but I had a rough time getting it back I've been was called five years and it's a shame the way they speak to me and treat me I have been a very loyal customer I have recommended RushCard other friends and I just said people gas in sending right left two times but it isn't correct one the third time but you have not called to check on it you just have to wait ma'am it takes two to three days and she'll be okay till we get it the head like I'm bothering them you live for me because like me you would have a job and your boss wouldn't be in business
