Never answer the phone

I've been a customer for 10 years been trying to reach someone to update and to talk about my account and you can't get threw.... Something needs to be done. Then on the app it keep telling my that I have to put a authentic code what the hell is this. I really don't feel safe with my money being loaded on this card and you can't speak with no one about your money or other issues..,

My Money

My Money was Stolen off my card like Every ####g Month RushCard owes me over $900 I made a dispute in April they told me it will take 10 days then all of a sudden I call back they said the dispute will take over 90 days to solve the problem I called back September 2nd about more missing money they said they don't see any dispute in April they never even filed a dispute at all I always get somebody who don't speak any English at all the lady was very argumentative they keep transferring me to different people that can't help it's never supervisor or boss that I could or higher power that I can speak to over my missing money I only receive disability that comes to RushCard so with that being said it's not much at all with having kids and everything I need all of my money back they told me I can't receive it back at all due to it's over 120 days later I tell them it's not my fault I made a dispute I did everything on my end that I had to do they said well I can't help you so I said RushCard need to be sued and off the market it's really ridiculous I'm very pissed going through so much already can't even pay my bills cuz my money is missing every month somebody need to do something and quick I was also in the class action suit for RushCard and I only received $11.22 from them and I've been with them for over 9 years I didn't know they were charging me $5 just to take out money even to swipe your card someone need to do something thank you

not having access to my account

As of Thursday November, 5th 2015, I wasn't able to gain access to rushcard account. I was lock out Of my own account due to unprofessional Representative Who told me to reenter my cvc number from the back of my rushcard I did exactly that after 4 attempt I was told to call customer service. Called customer service was place on hold for 35minutes before I could ever talk to someone. I'm tired of this game to gain access to my money, I'm calling seven on my side and calling a lawyer, see you in court. You going to learn the hard way. Your customer service representatives need to learn customer service. Since last week Thursday wasn't able to access my account or my money, due to your not so wonderful customer service representative keep on feeding me the same story over an over.

No Deposit

I have not receive my direct deposit which suppose to come today,I have bills to pay and might end up losing my job and apartment if my money don't come soon
