I filed a dispute with Rushcard December 9,2017 and was told I would receive my provisional credit TODAY! December 21,2017 still haven't received my money and I am owed $595.00 this is sad I have bills and Christmas is around the corner I need help I have 2 children to take care of .

I have not have access to my money in a week and two day now .. I was told on Sunday evening that they will be doing a upgrade for the new website to make rushcard cardholders experience online better and that if you need any money to withdrawal it before Monday at 12. The upgrade was suppose to be between 12-3 on Monday the 12th. Its now Tuesday the 20th and my card has zero balance and I can not get through to a rep the phone lines are being disconnected and when I call my card its states my card is unactivated I been with them for 2 1/2 and they have taken money out my account now this .. I already filed BBB complaint with them. My next step is the Class Act
