I got a text saying $403 was taken off my card 5/2/17 as I was going to pay my rent! The money was taken from a ATM in Clover city California and I live over 500 miles away, never been to or near this city in southern California. KEEP IN MIND I HAD MY CARD IN MY POSSESSION and had just used it the same day at taco bell in my city of Stockton. I called rushcard immediately, got the same run around as all the others 7-10 days to dispute, provisional credit after 10 days I've been with rushcard 2004!! Business day #10 comes around and I call rushcard for my provisional credit to pay my rent only to be told my investigation dispute was closed 2 days prior and I WOULDN'T be getting my money back!

Oh hell no, I faxed over my rebuttal letter, I requested to be kept up to date on the investigation via email, I spoke with several SUPERVISORS that they ALWAYS say is not available. All of this was from the fraudulent day 5/2/17 - 5/17/17. Rushcard gave no information of why dispute was denied either although I requested this information for my attorney files.

Today is 6/19/17 and as you can see I still haven't been made whole even though I was informed the rebuttal dispute would take no longer than a week. I have not been emailed any correspondence from rushcard as I requested and the supervisor stated I'd receive, I just got off the phone with Jersey another supervisor who after long periods of holding informed me she spoke with the dispute team and requested the escalation of my claim, well Jersey I did that 2 weeks ago! I believe no one gets their money back from rushcard, I believe there is no dispute team, I believe ANYONE who works for rushcard could read down these review and notice a PATTERN of fraud and anger just over the past 2 months! RUSSELL SIMMONS read the reviews and since no one can speak to anyone in corporate I'll just let my Attorney K.DJONES & ASSOCIATES take it from here cause I'm tired of being treated like the thief when I'm the VICTIM RUSHCARD! BBB has also been made aware of this issue.
