I been a rushcard member since 2014..I am really start to DESPISE RUSHCARD!! There are no perks for being a member so long, they give you help to speak with a foreign person you can not understand ...that doesn't know there job and is reading from a computer screen YOU DONOT PLAY WITH PEOPLES MONEY!! THEY WILL SEND U TEXTS AND EMAILS ALL DAY ON HOW TO REFER A FRIEND BLAH BLAH BLAH..but have yet to tell the members they can not go to a bank or pnc now they have to go instore to get cash back and most places you have to buy something just to get cash back and your limited to $20..WHY DIDNT WE GET A NOTICE?? PLEASE RUN GUYS I PROMISE ITS NOY WORTH IT...I WILL never REFER a friend go this scam of a bank
