I would like to know what can I do about Rushemore Financial. I borrowed $700 from these people and have to pay back over $4000. They have already collected there $700 when I made my first 5 payments of $115.00 and $231x4. Now my payments have change they are now taking more money plus an extra $35.00. The agreement with these people were I was suppose to have a set amount coming out not my payments changing everytime a payment is due. Now Everytime I try to login into the website to see what my balance is or see what my next payment it doesn't show anything, or when you call no never answer your calls or will put you on hold until the phone phone hangs up or they will tell you they can call you back and when you leave a call back number they never calls back. The last time I talk to someone they told me their website was under construction and I could call but it would only be a few weeks that the website would be down but this well over 4 months ago. HELP!!! What can I do to get out of this loan, I am being robbed of my money.
