I would like to know what can I do about Rushemore Financial. I borrowed $700 from these people and have to pay back over $4000. They have already collected there $700 when I made my first 5 payments of $115.00 and $231x4. Now my payments have change they are now taking more money plus an extra $35.00. The agreement with these people were I was suppose to have a set amount coming out not my payments changing everytime a payment is due. Now when I login into the website I can't get any information about the loan I can't see how much I owe or what my next payment is and when you call them no one never answers the phone, they will put you on hold until the phone hangs up then you have to call back and then it will tell you to leave a call back number they will save your place in line and call back but no one ever calls back. The last time I talk to someone was in December and they told me their website was under construction and it would be a few weeks before it be back up but I can call to get my next payment amount due but what is the point when no one is available to talk to and this was almost 4 months ago that this website has been down. HELP!!! What can I do to get out of this loan, I am being robbed of my money. I feel like if they are not available to talk to then why should I waste my time paying a loan that I can't have access to my account it's unfair for me not to see what payments have been made and how the account has been paid down too.
