I am sorry for delaying my mortgage payments. I have not kept my financial responsibility to your company because I had a marital separation and family emergency. All of my assets were almost lost due to my unfortunate event.

However, I have slowly recovered from financial depression and I am able to keep my monthly mortgage payment and if you agree to help me workout a repayment plan.

I have a stable job with a good income, and I would like to know if I can include my daughter’s income. I have invested 12 years on my property and I do not want to lose my condo, it is very important to me.

I CAN AFFORD MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT; UNFORTUNATELY, IT’S THE ARREARS I NEED TEMPORARY HELP WITH. HELP WITH a repayment plan, a reinstatement, or some other solution to get me back on track.

I have sent a detailed report to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as well as FHA and HUD.

I am in agreement and concur with all the negative reviews. Consistent with my experience as well.
Include me in any class action against these creeps.
They are terrible communicators. They don't follow up with emails in a timely manner and their customer service reps are
illiterate and that's a compliment.

I got a $750 loan with them and now I am stuck paying it off till June 2019 with payments of $247 every two weeks!! I was not told about all this extra money and can't get any of my documents from them. How can I get them to stop withdrawing money from my account???

I have been receiving calls from a person stating that I owe Rushmore financial 500.$. I have become disabled. I do not have full recollection of this. The person has been very rude. I have emailed Rushmore financial and I have not gotten any response. I am willing to pay my debt if I did incur it. I just am not able to pay 500. At one time as all I have for income is Social security disability and no one who would help me out. Jo M Hanson

A loan with Rushmore Financial is predatory and unlawful. This company should be closed down. The interest rates are beyond realistic. A loan for $500, will cost over $2,000, in interest. Something most be done about this.
